An incorporator shall send to the Director articles of incorporation and, upon receipt of the articles, the Director shall endorse thereon, in accordance with section 273, a certificate which shall constitute the certificate of incorporation. A certificate of incorporation is conclusive proof that the corporation has been incorporated under the Ontario Business Corporation Act on the date set out in the certificate.
