One or more individuals or bodies corporate or any combination thereof may incorporate a corporation by signing articles of incorporation and complying with section 6. R.S.O. 1990, c. B.16, s. 4 (1).
Contents of articles
Articles of incorporation shall follow the prescribed form and shall set out the prescribed information. Ontario Articles of incorporation must be in the form approved by the Director and must set out the information required by the Ontario Business Corporation Act, the regulations or the Director.
