Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued before work begins. Once research, preparation, or filing has started, fees are non-refundable. This applies whether or not final outcomes depend on government processing times or approvals.

Processing times are determined by government entities. CFS Canada is not responsible for delays, denials, or changes in government regulations that affect processing.
