Service Terms & Client Responsibilities

By purchasing services from CFS Canada, you agree to the following:

Scope

Services are administrative and corporate in nature. We assist with business registrations and documentation based on the information you provide. We are not a law or accounting firm and do not offer professional legal or tax representation unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond promptly to documentation requests

  • Submit documents only as email attachments (see Document Policy below)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect data.

Document Security Policy

To protect our systems and client information, we do not open external links including Microsoft Purview links, OneDrive requests, Dropbox, Google Drive, or click-to-open access links.

All documents must be sent directly as email attachments, or the text must be pasted into the body of the email.

For security reasons, our company policy does not allow us to open any external links. Please send documents directly as attachments or within the email body.

Payments

Fees are payable in advance. Services begin only after payment and required documents are received.
