Welcome to CFS Canada. By purchasing our services, visiting our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services or website.

1. Scope of Services

CFS Canada provides business consulting services, corporate documents, business registrations, compliance support, and administrative support in Canada, depending on the service purchased. Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client and are limited to the specific professional assistance described in each service package. We do not provide legal or tax representation unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing true, accurate, and complete information.

  • Responding to document requests in a timely manner.

  • Complying with Canadian regulations applicable to their business or request.
    CFS Canada is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the client.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees cover the work performed, not outcomes controlled by government or third parties. All payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun. Refund requests before work begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Document Submission & Security Policy

For the protection of client data and the internal security of our staff and systems, CFS Canada follows strict document-handling guidelines. We do not open, access, or download documents through external hyperlinks of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft Purview protected messages

  • OneDrive “Request Files” or shared folders

  • Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or other cloud links

  • Any password-protected or click-to-view links

Required Format for Sending Documents

All documents must be sent directly via email attachment (PDF, JPEG, PNG, Word), or the content must be pasted directly into the body of an email. This is the only method by which we can receive documentation.

Official Policy Notice:

For security reasons, our company policy does not allow us to open any external links (including Microsoft Purview protected messages, OneDrive “request files” links, or any other click-to-open/view links).

Could you please send the documents directly as regular email attachments, or paste the content directly into the body of an email? That is the only way we can accept them. Let me know what documents you need to send us and we’ll be happy to receive them this way. Thank you for your understanding.

Clients who cannot comply with this policy will not be able to continue with service delivery until documents are submitted using the required format.

5. Processing Times

Processing timeframes provided by CFS Canada are estimates and may vary due to government delays, regulatory updates, or client response times. CFS Canada is not responsible for delays caused by any external agency, including provincial or federal business registries, banks, tax authorities, or courier services.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with CFS Canada is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the requested service. CFS Canada may share information with government entities when required to complete the service and only with the client’s knowledge.

7. Limitation of Liability

CFS Canada will not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by government agencies or financial institutions

  • Losses caused by client delays or inaccurate information

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or penalties related to regulatory non-compliance not directly caused by our error

8. Amendments

CFS Canada may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
